Linking Entries

  When I link one journal entry to another, I find that it’s a one-way link. I’d love is something a bit smarter, for example, when I link Entry A to Entry B, it could prompt something like:
  “Do you want to add a back link to Entry A?”

  Also, prefer a hierarchy function in which I can set Entry A as a parent of Entry B.
