Limit on entry previews in Mac version?

Whoops! I accidentally submitted before I was done. For some reason, I’m unable to add images, so I’ll do my best to describe my request.
When I search for a specific tag for entries in the MacOS version, I am given a date range of entries that fit the parameters. For one example, the oldest date goes back to August 7, 2009.
However, when I look at the entries on the preview layout (where they resemble a collage-look, one of my fave features of Day One), the earliest date goes back to 2021.
Is there a limit of the number of previews that are shown in that view?

There shouldn’t be a limit from what I can see on my end when searching.
Is this just happening with a specific tag, or all your tags?
Are you filtering the tag from the filters option or just searching the tag from the search icon?
