Last version : 2024.15 (1572) Broken – Location and drag & drop

Hello,
MACOS when not otherwise mentioned…
I’ve update today early morning (European Time), my version of DayOne to the one mentioned in the title.
When I try to modify the location, the new one doesn’t seem to be update (verified by using the app on an nearby iPad).
Also, the “Drag & Drop” of a picture from Photos on the Mac does not work anymore..
Everything was working fine until the update…

Having the same problem here with photos – can no longer drag and drop photos from the Photos app.

Same here, drag and drop of files from other MACOS apps (e.g. Photos, Voice Memos) is no longer working after the update to v. 2024.15.

Our team is aware of this and looking into a resolution. In the meantime, please add any content using the paperclip icon instead

Same thing happening here. Uuuuuugh. I’ve got hundreds of Day One entries to add photos to, and the inability to drag and drop multiple photos from MacOS Photos is PAINFUL. The paperclip and/or browse ability is nice and all, but adds so much work and extra steps. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE find a way to get this feature back!

Don’t worry @begroovee, we’re fixing it! The feature should be back and working in our 2024.17 release.
