lack of support

I’m a plus and premium user and am very disappointed with support. I’ve sent numerous requests via email and am yet to receive a response a week later. It’s sad I have to resort to writing here but here I am, with no other recourse available. Shame on you. It’s sad what this company has turned into.

It would be nice to have a way of editing posts in this forum to remove the emotion. I still haven’t gotten any support, though.

Now it’s been two weeks without any support. It’s time to request a refund. I’ll resubscribe if you ever decide to resolve my support emails. Bye.
