Known Sync Issue on Apple Devices

  Thanks to your reports to us our team has identified and found a correction for sync issues on Apple devices when over you have over 101 pending entry uploads. The correction is ready to go and will be released in our next update to the app, 2023.10.1.

  If you notice any sync troubles after your devices all update to 2023.10.1 please, do let us know here so we can keep investigating until sync is perfect once more.

  The update 2023.10.1 is now available on iOS and MacOS and should resolve this trouble
