Journal Prompts Vanished

  I no longer get the journal prompts. I have checked and they are turned on and my software is up to date. Could you please help me?

  Hi there!

  We are happy to assist with this. Can you confirm the following:

  • Your Day One app version: you can check this from the Day One app under Settings > About
  • App platform and platform version: for example, iOS 16.3 (how to check iOS version) or Android 13 (how to check Android version)
  • Device model

  We can then advise you further

  Hello @angejpxx,

  Can you go to the All Entries view and see if the Daily Prompt is displayed on the right-hand panel of Day One?
