Journal notes
-
There is something that was very free and convenient for other apps, but you can write freely in the app called Free Note and freely lay out photos and videos. In addition, there are various colors and borders, so the design is fun. An app called bestnote has a function that allows you to write more notes on notes. There are things and notes that I want to write separately when I’m writing a journal, so it’s very helpful to have that function at that time! Thank you for your consideration!!!

Hi @nsurtruknsnysy,
Just so we’re on the same page on your motivation and use cases, would you share more details?
- What kind of layout are you looking for? Are you looking to drag a post-it note type of element from one area to the other, like a scrapbook?
- What platform are you envisioning this features on? On mobile, iPad, or desktop?
- Are you handwriting the notes, or typing them?
- What is missing from Day One currently that’s preventing you from creating a new journal dedicated to just taking notes?
-
It’s a scrapbook-like layout
The device is mobile
The memo is handwritten
Rather than blocking the journal that only takes notes, I want a memo like a supplement to the entry when I write an entry, and I want a function that can be divided into two parts, such as writing entries and notes such as supplements.

@nsurtruknsnysy Thanks for elaborating! We’ve submitted a couple of feature requests on your behalf. 😊
