Issue with Subscription Checkout After Trial

I received a student discount code a month ago.
However, when I applied it to my new account, the free one-month trial automatically started.
After the trial ended, the subscription was supposed to automatically renew using my VISA card. Unfortunately, at the time of the Stripe purchase, my Visa card didn’t have sufficient funds.
I’ve deposited money into my Visa account, but the purchase hasn’t gone through yet. When I press the “Manage Subscription” button, it redirects me back to the settings page, and I can’t find an option to manually pay for the subscription.
I sent an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) on September 23rd, but haven’t received a response yet.

Thank you, but I already had a student discount code. My issue is that I can’t pay for my subscription after the one-month trial ended. When I press the “Manage Subscription” button, it redirects me back to the settings page, and I can’t find an option to manually complete the payment.

Please help me. It has been 8 days since I submitted a support request from email and this forum, and I haven’t received any help since then. I haven’t been able to use Day One to write my journal for 8 days. Please help me!
