Is video syncing broken?

    For the past two days videos have not been syncing. I am adding them to entries on an iPhone, and they are not syncing to macOS (either Intel or M3). The thumbnail placeholder shows up, but the actual video never syncs over to macOS. It seems to have stopped after I uploaded a video from a non-iPhone camera source. Could that be the issue? I guess I could delete it and see, but I thought I would check here first.

    I deleted the suspect video (from a security camera on a gate) and video syncing returned. Weird. Weirder still, when I uploaded it to the same journal entry from the macOS side it synced to iOS fine. Though my problem seems to be solved I do not know what happened.
