  I realise that you would need a means of concluding selection, but it is a chore to select more than 1 tag at a time on IOS.

  Thanks for letting us know what’s slowing you down in Day One. For faster tagging I recommend you give the feature to automatically add a tag when using # a try. This makes it faster to add many tags at once. That’s at Day One > Settings > Advanced > Create Tags from Hashtags.
