iOS app not working after latest update

  Since the last update, my iOS app will not show a keyboard when creating entries, and will lock up.
  My iPadOS app is working without any issues on the same version.

  Have you tried removing iOS Show Button Shapes? A user posted this on Facebook and it fixed the issue for many people. It’s under Settings > Accessibility > Display and Text Size > Button Shapes

  Thank you, that fixed the problem for now.
  Let’s hope that the next update will make this workaround unnecessary.

  Our developers have identified the issue and rolled out a fix in the latest version 2024.1.1. If you haven’t done so already, could you please update your apps and tell us if it resolves the problem?
