iOS app download stuck

The icon is greyed out, won’t complete download. Running iOS 26.2 on iPhone 13 mini.

It looks like this might be an App Store–related issue rather than something specific to Day One. We’ve seen a few similar reports from other users where apps get stuck during download or update.
App downloads and updates are handled entirely by the App Store, so we don’t have direct control over that process. That said, some users have had success with the troubleshooting steps outlined here:
