Instagram won’t connect – insufficient developer role

Hi all – I’ve been trying to get support from Day One since being premium, the support has been absolutely shocking.
Are other users seeing an issue when trying to connect an Instagram account fresh?
It pops up with ‘insufficient developer role’ and then nothing happens.
This was my primary reason to upgrade – so if it won’t work, I’ve got a couple of weeks left to cancel it off.Thank you

Thank you for reaching out. We have recently been informed that Meta has disabled our access to the API that allowed us to import content from connected Instagram accounts. We are working to get this restored, but we do not have an estimated time frame for a resolution. Thank you for your understanding.
