Import error: Missing data after import from Day One Classic

  I’ve been using the Day One App for a couple of years without creating an account since it was meant to be a personal diary which I never intended to use anywhere else but on my phone.

  It wasn’t until I changed to a new iPhone in September that I realized I’d been using an outdated version, the Day One Classic. I downloaded the new app and tried to import all my old entries from the old one recently – which worked for less than half of the entries. I was able to restore my entries written 2014 and older but none of the newer ones.

  Is there any possibility to restore and/or import the missing data into the new app (or at least get hold of it somehow)? Please help me restore some very important memories.
