I would love to see space between paragraph being default/option

I don’t really know what it takes to move the needle to have this feature added. Please, this request’s literally been open for TWO YEARS.

We receive many requests each day, and the team evaluates those requests. Unfortunately, we cannot add every request to the app. I’m not saying this request isn’t being considered or might not be added in the future, but it may take some time to add, as other requests may be requested more frequently.

I’ve been trying to create a shortcut on my iphone so I can just say “Hey Siri, create day one entry” and then dictate it. But I absolutely cannot get the shortcut to add an extra space between paragraphs. This forum confirms my suspicion that it’s Day One that’s designed that way. And like everyone else here I feel it’s common syntax to have a space between paragraphs when you’re creating daily logs like this. I’m not writing a story. It’s a log. There needs to be a separation between paragraphs.
