I would have liked to print my books but …
-
… preparing books on the iPad, with this ridiculously small window, is very difficult.
What’s more, I don’t see how I can reduce the size of the photos, which take up whole pages, when they could be grouped together.
Nor do I see how I can divide up the various notes as I see fit, without letting Day One paste them one after the other without any possibility of intervening.
Nor do I see how you can reduce the number of pages in books by removing all the blanks and all the unoccupied space on many pages. So, I love Day One in its digital version, but the book-editing functions are totally useless to me:
- because I can’t finalise the layout anywhere other than Day One
- because I can’t pay more than 2000 euros to print 10 books in these conditions.
Any good ideas on how to get past these blocking limits will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time. -
Hello @jcdichant,
Formatting when using the book printing feature is limited at this time. The team is looking to build a better book printing experience in the near future.
At this time there isn’t a way to reduce the image size, split entries or the layouts. We do hope to offer more options in the future.
