I seem to have TWO Premium Day One accounts

I just logged in to my Day One account on my PC (I usually use my iPhone or iPad) and it seems that I have TWO Premium accounts, each with a different Day One ID number. The one I am logged into on my mobile device is assigned a private relay email address through Apple and the account that I am signed into on my PC uses my actual email address. Both have renewal dates of Jan 15, 2026, but strangely, the account I access on my mobile device quotes a renewal price of $34.99 and the account on my desktop quotes a renewal price of $24.99.

The account on my PC has only 4 journal entries, all dating back to my free trial period in December 2023. The mobile account does not include the 4 entries that appear in my PC account, but journal entries start on January 3, 2023, which was the end of my free trial period. I presume when I upgraded from the free trial to a Premium subscription, somehow a second account was created, and I don’t know why.

I do not need the original free trial account or the four “test” entries that I created using it. I need to speak with someone to find out how to cancel the trial account that is linked to my email address without affecting my active account (with hundreds of entries) that is linked to my Apple ID.

I’d also like to know if I was charged twice for the yearly subscription fee in January 2025, and if so, how to get a refund for that.

    Can anyone help me?
