I cannot renew my subscription using old plan

I’m renewing my subscription on mac, the renew fee is 34.99/year.
after selecting the option, it won’t allow me the renew.

Oh i see, i need to link my apple account to your account.
the web version shows renew fee: 49.99
the desktop shows 34.99
the mobile shows 99.99
