  Hello. I had a free premium account for first month and used this app on my iPad and also on my iPhone. I canceled a premium version because I am happy now with basic free version. But now I have a problem. I want my Day One app using on my iPad, but it only works on my iPhone and I do not know how to change it to work only on my iPad, not iPhone.

  @nergesovaviktoria There was an issue of being unable to tap the transfer your journal to this device on the Day One iPad app.

  This should now be fixed in the version 2024.23.

  If you haven’t yet, can you please update your app and give this a try again?

  Note that you should be able to find the said link above in the screen that pop up on your Day One iPad when you first open the app.
