How do I move entries with specific tags to another journal?

Yes, I know you can simply drag and drop entries into a diary,
but is there a feature yet to allow you to batch delete specific filtered entries, add tags, remove tags, and move them to another diary?
I have many of the same tags in one diary, so I’d like to manage them separately, but with over 100 entries, it’s not easy.
I’d also like to request additional features:
- I need the creation and modification times of entries. I use my diary as a daily event log, so there are many short entries, like Twitter. Sometimes, I adjust the time of day to insert past events into the timeline. I also occasionally add additional information when I remember them. I think the comment feature is supposed to do that. It would be nice to have a feature that displays the date a document was modified.
- I’d also like an icon to indicate whether an entry has been commented on (or perhaps the number of comments?).
- I’d like a feature that locks entries after a certain amount of time has passed, preventing them from being edited. Although it’s rare, I sometimes worry that my diary entries might be deleted or changed by mistake because they’re easily editable when I look at old entries.
So, for example, I’d like a feature that allows me to lock entries older than a day and edit them by pressing the edit button. - Also, regarding the UI of the mobile app, when creating an entry and completing a diary entry, the “<-” arrow in the upper left corner feels like a “cancel.” So, it feels like I’ve stopped writing in the middle of the diary entry, not finished. I’d like to see a confirmation or OK button in the upper right corner, the same color as the diary icon, to give the impression that I’ve completed my diary entry. This is just my personal preference.
- I’ve also provided feedback about the Android app’s sync feature twice via personal email, but I’m not sure if it’s being improved.
So, if I’m working on something else in the diary editor and then open the app again, I can’t do anything until the sync is complete. It takes about 10 seconds or more, which is very inconvenient.
I’d like to have a small window where I can temporarily write during sync, or at least be able to write in the editor and manipulate the UI, even if the content gets messed up during sync. Especially if I don’t have an internet connection, I have to wait and do nothing.
Thank you.

Are you working on iPhone or iPad? If so you can search by the tag then swipe left and select the entries press ‘more’ and there’s an option to move entries. Could same thing to add additional tags.
Hope that helps.
Tags function could be made better with Tag management options though.

Thank you. I am using both the Android and Web versions. Is the Android version slightly less functional than the iOS and Mac versions?

Hi @cube4none
Android doesn’t currently have a “Select All” option, so you’ll need to tap each entry individually when selecting them. This is something the team is aware of and looking into improving.
Is the Android version slightly less functional than the iOS and Mac versions?
We are working hard to bring across more features to our Android app, but at the moment, not all features are available on Android.
If there are specific features you would like in the app that is missing, feel free to create a new thread with a feature request so we can look into adding such functionality sooner.
