How do I contact Premium Support?

Hello there,
If you are signed into Day One on your phone, you can contact us directly from within the app. Premium will need to be reflected in the app in order for us to sort your email into the Premium queue. Be sure to email us from the email address associated with your account.
Day One > Settings > Support > Contact Support
This will then pull up an email address to use. You will also want to make sure the default Mail app is installed on your device.

I’m experiencing the exact same thing.
I’m a Premium customer (and have been since 2014). On my iPhone, if I follow all the steps it puts me in an infinite loop of what normal non-paying people get.
Settings > Support > Contact Support > Takes me to “Advice and answers from the Day One Team”
I need to talk to someone! 9 year user here, gimme an email please! -
It seems they want to make it difficult for us. If this is Premium Support, I shudder to think what Economy Support is like!
