How Can I Upload All My Journal Entrys Safely To Family Search?

I would like to copy my whole journal to Family Search that i know they are safe and a plan B when there is a security outburst in the system then when i die my relatives would have a copy of my journal and that they can enjoy them and know how i lived my life and get to know me.
