help with sync

     i am using Day one app on my iphone 6s, which is not on ios16 (so i cannot download the more recent version of Day one). I created an account on the browser, but when i try to log on to the device, error message of “Opps! Not found” appears. What i really needed was to back up my files, so i can transfer to my new android phone. Hope you can help me with this. Thank you!
