Help – my grandmother’s eulogy I was writing disappeared.

I started writing a day or two ago, I made a blank diary entry on my phone, but went no further.
Today I started writing properly, but this time on my PC. I wrote around 700 words or so. But later when I tried to open it on my phone, the diary entry was entirely blank.
I’m worried that opening it on my phone overwrote the entry I wrote with the empty entry from a few days ago.
I’ve tried all the suggested data recovery and sync options, but it’s done nothing. The entry appears to be entirely gone.
If anyone can help, ideally point me in the way of recovering the work I’ve lost I’d be extremely grateful.

Nevermind, I managed to find it under “version History” which only showed up on the device that had the encryption key entered.
