Yes, Anytime I Go Login My DayOne Account, I Received an Error Saying “Your Account Requires a Password Reset” Login Denied. Also I’m Unable to Update My DayOne Password because I’m No Longer Able to Access my old Email Address. Is There Any Solution to Resolve This Error. BTW, My DayOne Account is Premium, Possibly If I Can Update my Email Address and Password. Thank You!

[Update] I Received an Email Reply From Staff-Thabo (Day One) Saying That “I Cannot Recover Your Day One Account” because I No Longer Can Access My Email Address.
Look The Main Issue is That I Accidentally Signed Out My Day One Account on my Phone.
However I Tried Signing In, Before Day One Lets Me Sign In Its Says “Error User Must Reset Password”.
Please Help! I Need My Account Back.

Hi @softfewpan
Could you try contacting the email provider to check if they can activate the email address you use when creating your Day One account?
-
I Did Made Request, They Said There Unable To Reactivate My Old Email Address Due to Their Policy and Rules. My Old Email is UnAccess-able, Therefore It’s Cooked!

W0W There’s No Way I Can ReGain Access to My Day One Even Though I Have Premium Account Suddenly I Accidentally Signed Out On My Phone 2 Days Ago and Kept My Original Password Saved For Years. Every time I Signed In “Error This User Must Reset Password” Guess it’s a Requirement??

@softfewpan As we have mentioned via your support ticket, if you’re unable to provide verification from the email address with which the account was originally registered, we won’t be able to assist you in recovering the account.
We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from unauthorized access. This means we cannot make account changes based on requests that don’t come from the original, verified email address. This security measure is in place to prevent third parties from potentially using our support system to gain access to someone else’s account.
