  I have a new Iphone. All apps imported like it was on my old phone. The dayone app is ‘unable to install’. The ‘older’ version of DayOne app can install but makes a whole new journal with my email. Without my journal starting in 2013!

  @kristiewernink Do you know what version of the Day One app you were using on your old phone? If you’ve been using the app since 2013, it may be that you were still using the Day One Classic app. If so, you can follow the steps in our guide to migrate from the Classic app to the current Day One app:
