  Using the app’s contact support function, I spent my time typing in both a bug report on ipadOS and an enhancement request that I think most users would appreciate. What I get back is an email essentially telling me:

  “hey we’re gonna ignore your email, oh, and guess what, we are not going to bother sending you back what you wrote to us, so try to remember it and get it all typed in again in the forums.” SMH
