FReq: Archive Obsolete Tags from Pick List; Over years, tag clutter piles up

What/How: Add feature to “archive” obsolete tags while preserving their functionality elsewhere, hiding them from the main tag pick lists for efficiency under an “Archived” expandable subsection tucked at the bottom.

Why: Over years of use, tags accumulate and many become irrelevant as things change around us. Whether tags are too specific like names, or general but no longer relevant to the moment, they sit in the pick list as distractions or merely making it more tedious to find trending but lower-ranked tags that reflect the now. They retain their utility for grouping and describing past events, and are still relevant at times, but they no longer merit prominence in the entries pick list.

Alternative suggestion: If creating a second list to track archived tags introduces too much risk in the data model, consider modifying the pick list ranking function to sort by recency, then frequency. This depends on how tag counts are accumulated, since it would require a compare/store of timestamp to inform the recency ranking, and computing that each time the pick list is called might not be complex but would still add a variable delay to the pick list call.
