Freezing

I have had my Day one for 3 years and never had a problem! On 1/8/24, my app on my iPhone is freezing! I don’t even have a keyboard; I tried to uninstall and reinstall-same issue; I did the latest iOS update didn’t help! I need this fixed I have all my personal and professional notes on here!

Have you tried removing iOS Show Button Shapes? A user posted this on Facebook and it fixed the issue for many people. It’s under Settings > Accessibility > Display and Text Size > Button Shapes

Our developers have identified the issue and rolled out a fix in the latest version

Just downloaded app on both iPhone and iPad with free trial. iPad works. iPhone when trying to do my first entry, it just freezes. Nothing goes. Not a good start….
Have latest OS, and version 2024.9 (2499). This should not be, right?
