Forbidden account

    I didn’t have my encryption key anymore so I was trying to reset it following the instructions on the guide. I followed the guide and deleted my account, and tried to create the account again (via apple SSO), but I’m getting an error saying my account is forbidden.

    I am a premium customer but I can’t even access Premium support, because I can’t login. Please help.

    Hello! We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing troubles getting a new account for the encryption key.

    Was the previous account accessed using Sign in with Apple also? If so, the account deletion process takes ~5 days to complete. If the new account was attempted to be created before then, an error is expected. Now that some time has passed, are you able to create the account again?
