Feature Suggestion: Day Export

I like to keep an artists log of the things that I think about from a day to day basis.
At the end of the day I have ChatGPT Summarize it into a really coherent “Story Outline” of What I Accomplished that day. On top of journaling I’ve been really enjoying the day one experience for writing my ideas and logging things quickly before exporting the notes to their proper places.What I would like to see implemented is the ability to either A) Export all of the items from a single day (In the Calendar View) Into one file or exportable line of text so I woudl be able to summarize it or B) Allow users to export multiple selected notes into different file formats like plain text. Yes it does currently allow for you to export multiple pages as a PDF but I find saving and navigating through a pdf to grab text to be very cumbersome. As of right now trying to export multiple selected notes to any of my nother notes apps the sending through just fails. Like it will let me share it as if I could share it but nothing ever appears in the back end of the other apps, like telegram, workflowy, or notion when I share to them.

It sounds like you’re using our Web or Android app, as our iOS + Mac apps do have the ability to export to a zipped file with plain text of your entries inside. Getting all the feature on iOS created on Android OS is a goal for our team, but we aren’t there quite yet.

I’ll let the team know it’d be good for us to add some extra export options as you’ve described above. Let us know if you see any other areas we can improve on.
