Feature Request: Support date in `dayone://post` URL scheme

  The existing Day One URL scheme does not support including the date in dayone://post requests (it appears to support journal, location, tags, entry, and imageClipboard fields in the query, but not date.

  Additionally, there really needs to be better documentation (_i.e.,_ more than just examples) in the [URL Schema documentation](https://dayoneapp.com/guides/tips-and-tutorials/day-one-url-scheme/) indicating the full list of fields supported for each request.

If other Day One users request this same feature, the likelihood of us building it increases. We truly value your suggestions and feedback!
