Feature Request: Add slider inputs

  I’d like to be able to insert a simple slider input field. For example Mood or Miles run today

  The slider could have values from 1-10 (or whatever) and I can slide a marker to the appropriate value. This is all possible using JS or html and CSS so hopefully should be doable in Day One.

  I could ask for maybe 10 values with a step of 1, or set with 20 and a step of two etc.
