Exporting captions?

  I’ve just started using day one and hoped that I could post entries to Facebook. Well, it wasn’t perfect, most of the photos transferred (some were out of order) but none of the captions did so. Is it possible to bring the captions along with the export?

  Hello there!

  Sharing from Day One to other apps can have some compatibility issues. We have noticed the same thing happens when sharing from the Notes app to Facebook (ie the images are shared, but not text). It may be the way Facebook is accepting data from other apps.

  As a workaround, you can copy the text manually in the entry first, then share the entry to Facebook and paste in the text content.
