Expected reply from DayOne Support?

I am new to using DayOne, I made an account and have started a premium trial start of this year. I only have one problem regarding backup exported images being sometimes blurry.
I have contacted DayOne support over 5 days ago, I got an automatic reply back which I replied to with more information, however I have not gotten any replies since. The website said the expected time should be in 24 hours so wondering what to do if I am not getting any replies from support?

I can see a lot of recent posts saying the same thing about not getting replies 2 weeks later even. Is this normal or high volume in new year? Has anyone managed to get a reply?
