Event calendars, can I hide some calendars?
-
In my activity feed, I see all calendar items. How can I make a selection of calendars so that I only see some the calendar items and not all?

Hi @beursbox, there isn’t currently a way to select what calendars are used when displaying events in the activity feed. This is something that we’ve heard from others about, though. I’ve gone ahead and added your comments to our existing feature request. I can’t offer a confirmation that it will be implemented or an estimated timeframe, but this will help our developers prioritize what features to work on in the future.

I have the same issue. The real challenge is, by bringing in extraneous personal calendar entry, useful information gets buried. In the old days we’d say the “signal to noise ratio drops”.
I understand Apple Calendar doesn’t easily expose selected calendars to third-party software. As a stop gap: the ability to delete personal calendar event entries once they’ve been imported would go a long way to solve the issue.

I can understand that @chanceevansf1863f61b3! I’ve shared your request with the team as well.

Adding my request to select which calendars are displayed in the Day One interface. Thanks!

Add mine. I have around 9 different calendars, with some events synchronised between them. Showing them all just looks messy.
Omnifocus and Fantastical both handle this perfectly.
