Error restoring purchases and logging in after subscription ran out

    hello,

    I was not paying attention and my subscription ran out for 2 days. I bought a new iTunes gift card and renewed my subscription however since then, things just got worse.

    The app would not start syncing, so l deleted the app from my phone and

    wanted to log in again so that it can maybe restart the subscription, but I could not log in anymore. I can also not login into day one.me on the website.

    on the Mac app where I am still logged in I tried to restore my purchases but that failed as well.

    in my subscriptions I say DayOne is active till next year and the the amount has also been deducted from my balance but nothing is working at the moment.

    I wanted to use the premium support but that also did not work.

    I have my userlD but I read I should not post it here.

    I am just really scared now that something happens to my account and that it got deleted, I put so much work into my journal over the last 400 days…

    The issue has been resolved, I guess it was just the login problem a lot of other people were experiencing as well. Everything is working again!
