Error message when trying to change password?

  I was trying to figure out what my password is, and couldn’t find it, so I decided to try and change it.
  It just says an error occurred! What should I do now?
  Or is my password the same as something already on my phone, perhaps? I can log in just fine, I was going to make a password list.

  @mandala56 Can you let us know how did you reset your password? Did you try it from Day One Android app, by any chance?

  If you haven’t done so, can you please try resetting your password from https://dayone.me/recover/ ?
