Entries have stopped saving

I typically type my entries via the DayOne web browser but recently my entries will just not save. I will begin typing a new entry for around 30 seconds and then everything I have just typed is suddenly deleted. The same happens on the app as well for IOS. I had the trial for premium but it ran out so I bought it again so maybe that is it but I do not know. As of now I cannot write any entries and it is aggravating. Maybe it is a syncing issue? I have looked everywhere for a solution and cannot find anything. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Day One > Settings > Support > Contact Support
It would also be very helpful to have you provide a video recording of what you’re seeing on your end, as I’ve not seen this happen before.
