Email support is not working?

Hello. Yesterday I wrote a request for the support to the (email visible only to moderators and staff), found an option to send it in Mac app, and I’m paying for Premium.
So now more than 24 hours passed – I still didn’t receive not just an answer to my problem (email change window freezes) – but I didn’t get any response at all.
Will somebody acknowledge my support ticket?
