doubled subscription, why?

I have auto-billing, so I didn’t pay attention to when it was paid. I use DAYONE on Ipad and Macbook.
Till one day the app on my pc notifies me to subscribe to premium. I thought it must be my subscription had expired. so I paid it through pc app with the premium option on preference. Then I can use the app as usual.
Today I found that there are two subscriptions with different billing dates.
I want to know why this will happen. and I want to cancel one and get a refund. but will that affect my normal usage?

Because the Mac App Store and iOS App Store are handled separately by Apple, it is possible in some cases to subscribe on both platforms. The top subscription was done on Mac and the bottom on iOS. Only one subscription is needed.
