Double trouble two accounts

Double trouble with Dayone, both app and on net.
- I have changed iPhone from 7 to 12. I cannot transfer or open up my dayone app on new mobile, because I have a biometric code on my old mobile. My new mobile use face recognition for identifcation.
- I realize as well I have a double account on the net. I have username and password on one of the accounts. However this is empty. The other one is packed with information and data and is a premium account. However, I am not able to open it, because I have lost my password. When retrieving a new password, I am directed to my empty account.
