Disappointed with customer service

    Anyone have a suggestion on how I can reach customer service? I’ve been a subscriber for a long time. I emailed support with a question and was more or less told to come to the forums for an answer, keep in mind this was about my accounts and the concern that I have multiple log ins.

    I am a premium member and I sent it from he app including the data info they requested.

    Super frustrating, and they never responded after I wrote back, maybe I should look for another option? Figured I’d post up here, thanks.
