  Hi. I accidentally deleted some entries. They are not in my trash folder. Is it possible to do a back up from a previous sync version for the whole app?

  Hi James. Thanks for your help. I tried all those options yesterday and it didn’t work and I can’t find anything at all in my iCloud (a separate issue that I shall look at). I’m hoping that Day one can restore to a specific date/time from their sync but I have emailed support and am yet to receive a response
