Deleted all entries from journal in error

Hi. I hope you can help me please.
I have deleted all my daily entries on day one from 2019/2020 to today 20/1/2025. I was until yesterday a premium day one member and so as from today I can only access my journal on one device. I wanted this to be on my iPad so I very naively deleted data on my iPhone thinking I could then access it solely on my iPad. Unfortunately on opening it on my iPad found all that had deleted too. I asked a question and the bot explained about trash. However i find I have 0 entries in trash so l can not restore anything there. Can anyone help with this please. I have sent 3 emails to contact support but as yet have not received a reply. I don’t know if this is a normal time to wait for a reply. Thanks so much.

Genius! Most of my entries seem to be appearing now in several journals. No media like you say but that’s not a problem I can sort that. I’m hoping all my entries will appear eventually and I seem to have duplicated entries ( I may have clicked import too many times) BUT SO HAPPY that I have the entries I do have. Many thanks !!!!
