DAYONE Web Beta Version – HACKED

I have a DAYONE Premium version that I purchased through iTunes. I have been using it for years. Recently I purchased a Windows-based tablet. As there is no app for Windows, I started using the Beta Web Version. I was going to post in my journal today and to my surprise, all of my journals were gone. When I checked the account information a new strange email was in the account.
I changed my Apple password several times and tried to sign on again – all to no avail. On my iPhone I can still see my journals until I sign in with my Apple ID. When I do that they all disappear. I reached out to support and received a form response that support is only given to Premium App subscribers.
Here is a snapshot of my license. PLEASE HELP!
