Day One Web does not load

    Hello, curious to find out whether I am the only one facing this problem please? It was working well until yesterday when it would not load anymore. (screen is blank) I have done the usual steps like clearing cache, logging out and in again etc. Thank you in advance!

  • Could you try opening the Day One web app within a private/incognito window to see if you’re able to load it from there? If you are, then it could be a browser extension or your browser could still be loading cached data even though you’ve cleared it.

    If you’re able to load it from there, you could try temporarily deactivating browser extensions and enabling them one by one — testing the Day One web app in between — to see what one could be causing the issue.

    If you are not able to load it from a private window, could you let us know what browser version you’re using and what operating system version you’re running? This could help us when troubleshooting the issue. Also, in this case, I would recommend testing the Day One web app from another browser to see if you’re able to load it from there:

    Hello, thank you! Since I posted my question, it has been OK (as in synced to web) however, it stops working very often. I kept getting messages that page has stopped responding, wait or exit page. (image attached)

    Anyway, I tried incognito window and it seems to be syncing well now. I will keep you updated, thanks very much!
