Day One Crashes MacOS M2

    Installed Day One after purchasing a premium subscription, the application crashes when I select my journal. Journal on iOS devices works with no issues.

  • Hi @frobert616 👋 Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing crashing issues on the Mac app.

    Since you subscribed to Day One Premium, can you please follow the steps below to send us the logs?

    1. On the Mac, open the Finder app, click Go > Go to Folder… and paste this path: ~/Library/Group Containers/5U8NS4GX82.dayoneapp2/Data/Logs
    2. Compress the entire “Logs” folder.
    3. Airplay the file to your iOS device and save it in the Files app.
    4. On the Day One iOS app, go to Day One > Settings > Support > Contact Support, attach the log file and send it to us.
