Day One Book shipment

I ordered a book based on Day One notes. Due to lack of notification from delivery company I was not able to manage in time to arrange the pick-up, whole I was out of my hometomw. I would like Day One to resend it but I am not able to contact anyone from Day One support to arrange it. I am not premium user, but new user – interested in your product. How the reshipment can be arranged?
