Day one app won’t open

four days ago, the Day One app was refreshing and was stuck at 3/4 for hours. Then the icon for the app became dark and the app would not open. That was four days ago. I have tried turning off my iPhone and turning it back on. That did not work.

My app won’t open, either. I tried rebooting my phone. Can’t even open it through the App Store.

We’re aware of an issue where the Apple App Store gets frozen when updating the Day One app, and that appears to be an Apple bug.

If that does not help, you can follow the step at the bottom of the page to report the issue to Apple so they can investigate what is causing the update to get stuck.
